Coming out of COVID – Is it okay to return to normal?”
Time & Location
Sep 28, 2022, 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Zoom
About the event
Using the biblical analogy of the destruction of Jerusalem and the Judean exile to Babylonia (they left as Judeans; they returned as Jews), Sandy’s lecture will explore the exilic experience of trauma and recovery: judgement, lament and hope. Today, we lament the impacts of the Covid-19 experience. We can also explore those impacts and consequences, learning valuable lessons that can lead to a renewal of hope.
Please advise the church office if you wish to attend the live lecture, so that the Zoom link can be forwarded to you.
