What does the Bible say about reverence and how can we be reverent, now, in our faith and daily lives? In this lecture, Rev. Sandy explores the root ideas of reverence in the 1st and 2nd Testaments. This is explained within the contexts of the people, circumstances, and beliefs of those times. He then considers the nature and role of reverence with respect to our faith in today’s world. This may include the varying ways that reverence is interpreted and applied within other branches/denominations of the Christian faith.
